About The Position
Currently, we are seeking a qualified Regional Sales Manager to work collaboratively with our Windows Sales division. The successful applicant should reside in the metropolitan Salt Lake City area, or in Missoula, Montana. The position involves developing and implementing effective strategies to achieve regional sales objectives and growth, effectively communicating strategies with the Utah and Northern Rockies sales team of Territory Managers, managing the effectiveness of all sales objectives in line with Company goals, assessing, managing, developing, and recruiting Territory Managers to ensure individual success as well as regional sales and customer growth, establishing productive and professional relationships with key customer accounts, providing timely and effective solutions aligned with client needs, researching and identifying potential new customers and market opportunities, negotiating and closing agreements, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, and staying up to date with new product launches to ensure Territory Managers are educated and informed. Travel can be frequent and is required.
