GP Jager represents over eighty manufacturers of water and wastewater treatment in New York and New Jersey. With an expanded product line, territory and sales force, our product offering includes virtually every biological process, filtration, clarification, disinfection, chemical feed, and mechanical equipment available today. The Sales Manager – Outside Sales role within GP Jager is a hybrid position responsible for leading and coaching a sales team (50%) while directly managing a personal book of business (50%). This role focuses on expanding GP Jager’s presence within the municipal water and wastewater market throughout New York. This position requires a balance of hands-on selling, strategic sales leadership, and field-based coaching. The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week in the Boonton, NJ office, with the remaining time spent in the field meeting customers, attending networking events, visiting job sites, and coaching sales team members.
