OSI Laserdiode, a division of OSI Optoelectronics, has an opening for a Sales Manager. This individual will direct the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s), including product strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing. They will also monitor the development of business plans, assess market penetration, and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue, and market share.

Responsibilities

  • Directs the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s), including product strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing.
  • Communicates customer feedback to engineering, manufacturing and sales to enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).
  • Establishes pricing strategies and develops marketing tools for successful product introductions.
  • Leads new product definition and business plans with joint departments.
  • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other sciences, or equivalent business experience required.
  • 10+ years' of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporate required.
  • Travel up to 25% may be required.
