About The Position

Your primary role will be to fuel the commercial growth and boost customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for a team that manages customers in North America. It is expected that you use your experience and knowledge to support and coach the team. You will be pivotal in supporting ICIS’ strategic priorities, working alongside global cross-functional teams including Business Solution, Marketing, Product, Strategy, Consulting and Content.
