About The Position
Reddit is a fast-growing platform with ambitious goals. In order to be successful, this person will need to be a self-starter who takes the initiative to uncover insights and opportunities that will uplevel our client partnerships and operational approach, ultimately positioning this team for long-term success. In addition to contributing to segment, team, and account-level strategy, you will also act as coach and mentor to a team of high-performing Client Partners and Account Managers. We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our Mid-Market Agency team. This team is focused on activating and growing Mid Market advertisers across the Big 6 Agencies. We are looking for a strategic leader who will lead and grow this part of the business at scale. The person in this role is required to be based in the New York, NY area and should be available to work from the NYC office 1-2x per week.
