About The Position

As a Sales Manager at Atos, you will be part of a passionate team dedicated to applying digital technology to advance what matters for our clients and society. Your role will involve strategic customer acquisition, managing the entire sales cycle, and developing tailored SAP solutions in collaboration with various departments. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a sustainable sales pipeline, analyzing customer needs, and ensuring transparency through CRM reporting.

Requirements

  • Completed technical or business studies or comparable training.
  • At least 3 years of experience in solution sales of SAP products, preferably S/4HANA, across the entire sales cycle.
  • In-depth knowledge of key SAP products and licensing models.
  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding performance targets.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with a confident demeanor.
  • Existing network at SAP and ideally in our core industry.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel across Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic customer acquisition: Identifying and addressing new customers in the medium-sized manufacturing sector and maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Responsibility for the entire sales cycle - from lead generation to proposal phase, contract signing, and handover to the project team.
  • Analyzing customer needs and developing tailored SAP solutions in collaboration with departments, especially in the area of S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, and GROW with SAP.
  • Creating, presenting, and negotiating offers and contracts.
  • Building and maintaining a sustainable sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets and ensure long-term success.
  • Monitoring market trends and identifying business opportunities.
  • Reporting and maintaining the CRM system to create transparency.
