About The Position

Achieves assigned district goals through the effective management of a LTL sales team. Plans, executes and oversees sales activities. Essential Functions Provide daily leadership and guidance in the areas of training, coaching and development within the FedEx Freight Sales organization. Call on selected accounts with sales representatives. Strong basic management, human relations and communications skills. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.
  • Five (5) years of LTL selling experience, or two (2) years sales management experience.
  • Strong basic management, human relations and communications skills.

Nice To Haves

  • LTL leadership experience considered a plus.
  • Proven leadership building, scaling & leading high-performing sales teams from the ground up
  • Less-than-Truckload (LTL) operations & sales experience
  • Managed through change & delivered results in dynamic environments.
  • Logistics background a plus!
  • FedEx Employees under Jill Brannon's org. Time in Position is waived.
