About The Position

R.S Hughes is looking for a talented Sales Manager to lead our Sales Team and help spearhead our growth for the Market. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical and active role in day-to-day sales operations. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 5-7 years of B2B product sales experience
  • 2+ years of sales management/leadership experience
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager leading a growth-oriented team of outside sales professionals
  • Must be highly motivated, flexible, and service-oriented
  • Familiarity with CRM practices
  • Goal-oriented, driven and experienced in networking with and influencing decision-makers
  • Excellent selling, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Experience in opening doors to new opportunities
  • Fast learner and passionate for sales
  • Advanced English communication capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Provide complete and appropriate solutions to boost revenue growth and profitability
  • Design and implement strategic business plans
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Other job duties as assigned
