If you are a forward-thinker who thrives in a diverse, global setting, we want to hear from you. We are seeking a talented Sales Manager-Lifestyle to join our Commercial Team at Fossil Group. The Sales Manager will manage Fossils business across Fashion, Lifestyle and select luxury channels. This leader will execute strategy, oversee account development, and drive overall channel performance for Fossil's most influential partners, ensuring the brand remains elevated, relevant and aligned with key fashion and lifestyle trends. The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader with strong analytical skills, a passion for product, and a proven ability to build high-performing teams and long-term customer partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of sales and/or account management experience, with demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Prior experience leading or managing sales teams.
  • Strong analytical and retail math skills, with experience building and executing sales plans.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships with accounts and/or vendors.
  • Experience with assortment planning, forecasting, and trade show management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to travel approximately 40%.

  • Retail and/or fashion accessory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Territory Account Managers to achieve sales goals and drive overall territory performance.
  • Own territory sales strategy, including forecasting, assortment planning, budgeting, and execution of sales plans.
  • Manage key customer relationships while overseeing onboarding and development of new accounts.
  • Monitor inventory turnover, margins, ship dates, co-op spend, and cost controls to ensure profitability.
  • Plan, coordinate, and represent the brand at industry trade shows and customer presentations.
  • Facilitate weekly sales meetings to align on goals, performance, and individual development plans.
  • Partner cross-functionally with distributor sales reps, customer service, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Present insights, opportunities, and improvement ideas to senior leadership to drive efficiency and growth.
  • Identify, secure and support the opening of new high value accounts aligned with Fossils Brand elevation goals
  • Strengthen and expand distribution within existing accounts through curated assortments, premium positioning and improve sell thru
  • Establish segmentation guardrails to protect brand equity and maintain clear channel differentiation across fashion and top tier accounts
  • Leverage your industry knowledge and connections to work with Fossil marketing teams to develop compelling collaboration skus
  • Expand Fossil into new channels online and in stores
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging retail concepts to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
