About The Position

We are seeking a driven, customer-focused sales professional to manage key client relationships while actively developing new business. This role is responsible for growing existing accounts, prospecting new opportunities, and driving revenue through strong client partnerships and strategic selling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to present solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel as required

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned customer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and develop a deep understanding of customer needs
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
  • Prospect, identify, and close new business opportunities outside of existing accounts
  • Develop and execute account plans, sales strategies, and proposals to meet revenue goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support, marketing, and business development
  • Lead contract negotiations and coordinate with legal and finance teams as needed
  • Advocate for customers internally and ensure timely resolution of issues and concerns
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline updates, and performance reporting in CRM systems
