About The Position

Internova manages leisure, business and franchise firms through a portfolio of distinctive divisions. Internova represents more than 100,000 travel advisors in over 6,000 company-owned and affiliated locations predominantly in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, with a presence in more than 80 countries. This role is responsible for managing and growing commercial relationships for Internova’s data and insights products. The Insights Sales Manager will oversee existing client accounts, develop new business opportunities, and work closely with the analytics team to enhance and expand our data product portfolio. The ideal candidate combines strong sales skills with the ability to translate data into practical, valuable solutions for clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within travel, data, or technology sectors
  • Proven track record in account management and new business generation
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills
  • Experience with contract negotiation, invoicing, and account growth
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams and translate client needs into solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Amazon S3 knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for existing data clients
  • Manage day-to-day needs including reporting, invoicing, and issue resolution
  • Identify upsell opportunities and expand client use of Internova’s data products
  • Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients
  • Deliver product presentations, proposals, and demos
  • Work through compliance requirements internally and externally
  • Negotiate new contracts to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Work closely with the analytics team to design new data products based on client needs
  • Provide market and client feedback to help develop Internova’s data assets
  • Contribute to the packaging and positioning of insights solutions
  • Track client adoption, renewals, and upsell performance
  • Report regularly on pipeline activity, sales performance, and revenue contribution
