This role plays a crucial part in improving sales performance and conversion rates through effective goal setting, coaching, and day-to-day team support. As a hands-on sales leader, you’ll develop talent, lead ongoing sales training, and implement scalable strategies that drive revenue growth while enhancing the customer experience.
