In this role, the Sales Manager in Training will be responsible for fostering a highly energized selling culture at their site location. This includes collaborating with other Titan leaders to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans aimed at improving revenue performance and increasing market share against defined competitors. The position requires a strong emphasis on customer service, with the expectation that the individual will follow up with all eligible customers within 24 hours of initial contact. This proactive approach is essential to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a high level of enthusiasm and energy to motivate and inspire their sales team. They will also be responsible for recruiting and conducting interviews to ensure the store's overall success. Creativity in developing persuasive strategies to increase in-store traffic and sales is crucial, as is the ability to work independently and maintain a fast-paced work ethic.
