This is a fast-track position designed for driven professionals who take career advancement seriously, with promotion opportunities within your first quarter.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales or leadership experience (home improvement or B2C preferred).
• Strong communication and closing skills.
• Ambitious, coachable, and leadership-focused.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners daily (no cold calls).
• Deliver professional in-home presentations and close sales.
• Train directly with top leaders and develop management skills.
• Set the standard for performance and team culture.
