Position: Sales Manager In Training Pay: $110K–$350K/year (UNCAPPED commission!) W2, full benefits after 30 days 🚀 2-Quarter Management Track We don’t promote on tenure, we promote on performance. This is a 6-12 month fast-track leadership program built for proven closers who want to step into management quickly. If you have a high-ticket sales background and a leader’s mindset, this is your opportunity to earn your way into running a team. Top performers are earning $150K–$250K+ in Year 1 while building toward leadership. Quarter 1 – Sales Foundation Earn the right to lead. Master our proven in-home sales system Sell windows, roofing, siding, and doors Set the culture by example Dominate performance metrics KPIs: $250K+ net sales per month $4.5K+ NSLI Positive install feedback Quarter 2 – Leadership & Mentorship Step into leadership. Mentor and develop new hires (ride-alongs & coaching) Run team huddles and sales meetings Drive team culture and accountability Lead from the front KPIs: $500K+ team net sales per month $4K+ NSLI VP approval for promotion

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience (automotive, solar, real estate, remodeling, etc.)
  • $2M+ annual revenue history and/or strong documented closing rate
  • High-ticket sales background
  • Competitive, high-energy personality
  • Strong closer with a leadership mindset
  • Coachable, driven, and motivated by growth
