About The Position

The Area Sales Manager at Our Home Health & Hospice is responsible for promoting home health and hospice services by building and maintaining professional relationships with healthcare providers. This role focuses on implementing programs to enhance care services and achieving referral and admission goals set by the Division Manager.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home health or hospice sales is preferred; however, demonstrated sales performance is equally important.
• A college degree, at least one year of sales or business experience, or licensure as a nurse is required.
• Ability to develop and support referral source relationships.
• Comfortable with making cold calls and delivering confident presentations to physicians.
• Exceptional customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
• Dependable transportation in good working condition.
• Ability to drive in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers and organizations to inform them about Enhabit's services.
• Implement programs and protocols aimed at improving home health care and hospice services.
• Serve as a public awareness representative, educating the community about available services and how to access them.
• Achieve or surpass referral and admission targets as established by the Division Manager.
