Hilton Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa is seeking a driven and strategic Group Sales Manager to lead our group business efforts in one of the world's most iconic destinations. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and excels at building lasting client relationships. You'll be responsible for generating group room revenue, converting leads, and ensuring seamless execution of group events-all while upholding Hilton's brand standards and delivering genuine Hawaiian hospitality. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. Must also be able to work independently and complete assignments within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices. Compensation is based on a fixed salary. No commission or performance bonuses are offered.
