We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of 6–9 Group Sales Coordinators. This role owns the day-to-day execution of the group booking process for B2C inbound leads, from first contact through check-in, while driving performance, consistency, and a strong team culture. As a passionate leader, you’ll play a key role in coaching your direct reports, assisting in servicing clients, and optimizing processes to meet ambitious revenue and service goals.
