About the position

Cintas is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Representatives who are focused on new business-to-business account development. Responsibilities include hiring, training, motivating and managing Sales Representatives to achieve specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. The majority of the Sales Manager's time is spent in the field with Sales Representatives and developing new business customer accounts. Cintas provides a thorough training program, including product knowledge and development of our company sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Sales Representatives focused on new business-to-business account development.
  • Hire, train, motivate, and manage Sales Representatives.
  • Achieve specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Spend time in the field with Sales Representatives.
  • Develop new business customer accounts.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and intranet/internet.
  • High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Sales management experience.
  • 2-5 years' outside sales experience.
  • New business-to-business account development experience.
  • Industrial sales experience.
  • Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted.
