The Sales Manager, Energy Solutions will lead solar PV and energy storage sales efforts across the U.S. for the C&I Energy Solutions team. You will work directly with customers to develop solutions that support both their business and the Prologis mission of achieving net zero emissions by 2040. This position will be ultimately responsible for executing the market strategy in the region, owning revenue targets, and ensuring our customers get the best possible experience throughout the process. In this role you will build direct relationships with customers, partners, internal market teams and other key stakeholders. You will lead all sales activities that are required to contract deals, including prospecting, early-stage project development and the execution of offtake agreements. You will have the full support of the broad Prologis organization, consisting of property staff with decades of experience, along with the real estate industry’s leading energy and sustainability team. Strong initiative, outstanding communication skills, ability to manage a large book of business and an understanding of energy markets and project development are key to success.
