The company provides full-service security solutions for homes and businesses including security officer services, smart home automation, burglar and fire alarms, access control, security cameras, alarm monitoring, investigative services and background checks. Per Mar is looking for a sales manager for our Electronic Security Sales team, covering our Western Wisconsin/Eastern Minnesota branches, included Duluth, MN, Eau Claire, and La Crosse, WI. Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of field sales experience and 3 years of sales management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sales management tools and software.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the territory.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
