About The Position

RenoFi is transforming the way homeowners finance their renovations while continuing to serve the traditional mortgage product demand. We are building the nation’s leading renovation lending platform, empowering homeowners to tap into their future home value, not just the equity they already have. Our Direct-to-Consumer Sales team sits at the heart of that mission, converting inbound homeowner demand into funded renovation dreams while fulfilling traditional mortgage product demand. As Sales Manager, you will lead, coach, and scale a team that converts a lead’s curiosity into confidence, helping homeowners take the next step toward creating the home they love.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience (team lead or manager level).
  • 3+ years of mortgage origination or DTC sales experience with a proven track record of results.
  • Understanding of loan products (FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, Non-QM, Renovation and second lien products) and the ability to train others effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage and improve sales processes within a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate numbers into action.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with change, ambiguity, and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the performance, growth, and development of RenoFi’s inbound sales team.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of mortgage professionals to consistently exceed production and conversion goals.
  • Drive accountability through data and consistent coaching and training to ensure excellence in every customer interaction.
  • Optimize lead flow and the sales process to maximize speed-to-lead, contact rate, and overall conversion.
  • Act as a product and process expert, ensuring every representative can clearly communicate the value of RenoFi’s renovation and traditional loan products.
  • Partner with Marketing and Operations to ensure smooth handoffs and frictionless customer experiences.
  • Build and maintain a culture of continuous improvement where every call and every report makes the system and department stronger.
  • Identify opportunities to scale, automate, and elevate the sales process as part of RenoFi’s growth strategy.
