This is a ground-floor role at the intersection of CPG marketing, retail media, digital promotions, and healthcare benefits — a convergence that is reshaping how brands connect with shoppers. As Sales Manager, CPG Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and selling evermore's suite of CPG solutions to manufacturers who want to reach Medicare Advantage members at scale. You will be helping brands navigate and activate a channel that is new to most of them, which means you won't just be selling — you'll be educating, consulting, and co-creating solutions alongside both clients and internal teams. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable with customer marketing and consumer promotions teams and a startup's whiteboard session. You need to know CPG deeply enough to earn instant credibility, retail dynamics and JBPs, and you need to be entrepreneurial enough to thrive without a fully built playbook.
