To lead and mentor a sales team, strategically managing relationships with application and solution providers/vendors to promote and deliver wireless/wireline voice and data services through partner channels, ensuring team performance meets and exceeds sales targets. What you’ll do Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop sales team to achieve financial and sales targets. Sales Strategy and Execution: Formulate and implement high-level sales strategies and execute senior leadership’s strategic direction. Performance and Problem Solving: Monitor performance, analyze complex data, and resolve issues to meet objectives. Multi-functional and Geographic Management: Oversee sales, service, and technical teams within a defined geographic region. Operational Oversight and Compliance: Ensure effective operations, set and attain budgets, schedules, and performance standards.
