Requirements

• Sales-driven person with a proven track record of achieving or overachieving sales goals.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Open schedule and willing to work long hours.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Able to pass a drug test and background check.
• 3+ years of Supervisory / Management experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Retail Supervisory / Manager or Auto Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and direct the work of sales associates for appropriate headcount needs.
• Establish goals and monitor the performance of all sales consultants.
• Implement Store's monthly sales plan consistent with territory goals and objectives and sales forecasts.
• Work closely with Territory Manager to create and deliver store's specific marketing initiatives.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by managing, coaching, and training the sales team to achieve optimum performance for the store.
