As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing the highest levels of customer service to both internal partners and external clients. You will maintain existing accounts while actively developing new business for the hotel. Additionally, you will monitor and manage all aspects of events, including pre-event, event, and post-event details, ensuring all particulars are tracked and communicated effectively. Attendance at customer functions may be required, and you will work with partners to forecast group rooms and F&B revenues, maximizing hotel revenue opportunities. You will also gain knowledge of the hotel's offerings and sales strategies, participate in internal meetings, and foster a collaborative team environment.
