Represent Mattress Firm ND by building relationships in our community . Manage store merchandising , inventory , and vendor partnerships. Develop a deep understanding of the sleep industry and products to help guests transform their lives. Who We’re Looking For: Motivated individuals eager to grow and contribute locally. Strong customer service and communication skills. Availability to work evenings and weekends. Bilingual is a plus but not required. Experience preferred but not required, we provide extensive training! Your Benefits: Unlimited Earning Potential: Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.
