Requirements

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to set sales targets, evaluate team performance, and identify growth opportunities.
• Track and maintain team performance metrics to ensure consistent improvement.
• Interact directly with customers to provide product knowledge, service recommendations, and exceptional brand representation.
