The Sales & Management Trainee Program is designed to launch recent graduates into leadership roles in branch management, outside sales, or operations. Over the course of 18 months, you'll gain hands-on experience, receive one-on-one mentorship, and develop the skills needed to run a branch and lead a team. This isn't a 'sit and watch' program-you'll roll up your sleeves, build relationships with customers, and learn every aspect of how our business operates. From day one, you'll be on a career track with unlimited growth potential.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree (any field, completed by the program start date).
• Willingness to relocate upon completion of the program.

Nice To Haves

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Distribution, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through all areas of the business to gain a 360° view of operations.
• Learn systems and processes that keep customers at the center of operations.
• Support customers with quotes, orders, and technical questions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction after the sale by resolving issues.
• Gain confidence in the sales process from generating new business to supporting existing accounts.
• Work with vendors to ensure timely product delivery.
• Process orders, quotes, and returns with accuracy and efficiency.
• Learn warehouse and showroom operations, including inventory management.
• Support the branch manager in daily operations.
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Train on equipment such as forklifts and order pickers.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe workplace.
• Partner with a mentor and receive ongoing professional training.
• Attend seminars, business meetings, and job shadowing opportunities.
• Progress through the program with clear milestones and feedback.
