About The Position

The Sales Porter will be responsible in maintaining the dealership’s appearance, assisting with vehicle movement, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles (or willingness to learn if required).
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
Must be authorized to work in the USA
Must be willing to undergo pre-employment compliance requirements: Drug testing, background check, MVR.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a porter, valet, or in a similar automotive or customer service role.
Familiarity with dealership operations or service drive processes.

Responsibilities

Greets all customers entering the sales area with a friendly and professional attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location.
Organize multiple lots by make, model, and color.
Arrange trades for trade walks, tagging keys, and programming keys.
Ensure inventory has buyer's guides displayed on vehicle windows.
Deliver and pick up vehicles from other dealerships and customers' residences.
Assist delivery drivers in finding keys and vehicles.
Rotate electric vehicles off and on chargers to ensure compliance.
Assist with tagging vehicles with barcodes.
Keep the dealership lot, driveways, and sidewalks clean, organized, and presentable.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
