About The Position

Chapman Las Vegas Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is looking for a Sales Lot Porter to join our team! In this role, you will help the dealership create positive first impressions and support to the sales department. The Lot Porter is responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of vehicles on the sales lot and contributes to the customer experience, creating a welcoming, visually appealing sales lot. Requirements

  • Must have a valid Nevada driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • Demonstrates teamwork, organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in fast-paced environment.
  • Physical requirements include the ability to walk or stand for extended periods and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous lot attendant/lot porter experience is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Park vehicles in designated areas and ensure they are properly aligned and displayed according to dealership standards.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of vehicle interiors and exteriors.
  • Ensure vehicles are ready for test drives by replenishing gas and other vehicle fluids, and replacing batteries as needed.
  • Keep the vehicle lots and customer parking areas clean and free from debris.
  • Monitor vehicle keys and ensure they are properly stored and accounted for.
  • Make key tags and place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
  • Provide support to the sales and service departments as needed.
