Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to drive manual transmission (preferred but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and motivated to grow within the dealership

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization and presentation of new and used vehicle inventory on the lot
• Move, park, and arrange vehicles to maximize space and visual appeal
• Assist sales team with vehicle staging, merchandising, and showroom readiness
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and front-line ready for customers and test drives
• Shuttle vehicles between departments and off-site locations as needed
• Perform lot checks to ensure vehicles are properly tagged, locked, and secured
• Assist with deliveries and customer vehicle handoffs when needed
• Support dealership events, promotions, and high-volume sales days
