What You’ll Do Create a Great First Impression – Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner. Keep Operations Running Smoothly – Receive and inspect vehicle deliveries, checking for damage and verifying accessories. Prepare Vehicles for Success – Wash, fuel, stage, and organize vehicles for display and customer delivery. Maintain a Clean Environment – Keep the lot and showroom safe, organized, and visually appealing. Support the Team – Move vehicles, assist with dealer trades, and help the sales and service teams as needed. Requirements

  • A motivated and reliable individual with a strong work ethic
  • Pride in maintaining clean, organized vehicles and workspaces
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • High school diploma or general education degree; or one-to-three-month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Clear and Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to follow directions.
  • Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission.
  • Ability to work with little to no direction.
  • Effective communication skills
  • Basic mathematical aptitude
  • High reasoning comprehension
  • Positive attitude
  • Clean driving record
  • Willing to submit to a background check & drug screen.
