About The Position
Tonkin Mazda of Portland is growing and looking for Sales Lot Attendants to support our busy sales department. This role involves assisting with daily lot operations, supporting the sales team, and delivering friendly customer service to our guests. Requirements
- Driver’s License
- Attention-to-Detail
- Willingness to Learn
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- Prior automotive or customer service experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic and team‑first attitude are key.
Responsibilities
- Perform check-in inspections of new vehicles and park them in designated areas
- Pull vehicles up and deliver to guests upon completion
- Provide quality customer service to guests
- Maintain an orderly appearance of vehicle displays
- Clean and fuel vehicles for customer handover
- Assist sales managers with merchandising inventory
- Other duties as needed to help support the team
