The Sales & Leasing Coordinator is responsible with assisting the Sales & Leasing staff by supporting the teams’ efforts to lease and sell all available units at the most competitive price and in a timely manner to qualified lessees and buyers. Under the direction of the SVP, VP, and/or Director of Sales, the Sales & Leasing Coordinator is responsible for guiding the overall implementation and execution of the Companies lease and sales efforts at a given Property which includes overseeing the day-to-day office operations and presentation, serving as a point of contact for visitors and prospective clients, assisting with marketing and sales outreach programs and events, and providing administrative support. The Sales & Leasing Coordinator maintains updated databases and registration lists; assists in the preparation of accurate pricing and traffic reports, leads tracking reports and other similar reporting, and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ideal candidates for the Sales & Leasing Coordinator position hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in real estate brokerage, development, or similar
  • Ideal candidates should possess effective client service, interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), organizational, problem-solving, judgment, and administrative skills
  • A high attentiveness to detail and the successful ability to focus and follow through on tasks is also required
  • Ideal candidates should possess an effective ability to work independently and within a team within an entrepreneurial environment
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) experience is required

Responsibilities

  • assisting the Sales & Leasing staff by supporting the teams’ efforts to lease and sell all available units at the most competitive price and in a timely manner to qualified lessees and buyers
