With a newly remodeled facility and our new general manager, Jonathan Brown, leading the store, this is an exciting time to get in and grow with a dealership that’s building momentum. Requirements

  • Sales experience in any industry is welcome — we provide excellent training
  • Energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals motivated to succeed
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude, solid work ethic, and professional appearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and help identify the vehicle that best fits their needs
  • Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation during test drives
  • Guide customers through a proven sales process designed to close deals
  • Present pricing, explain financing options, and complete required paperwork
  • Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Prospect for new customers and build your personal book of business
