Do you have strong communication skills and a passion for helping people? We’re hiring a Leasing Agent to join our Kitty Hawk rentals team. This position offers hands-on experience in showing and leasing rental units to prospective tenants.
Pay: $20.00 per hour, contingent on experience.

Requirements

• Reliable Transportation
• Current, valid driver’s license and proof of vehicular insurance required.
• Must be dependable, organized, and able to work with a team
• Working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for property success

Responsibilities

• Showing and leasing rental units to prospective tenants
• Processing rental applications and payments
• Handling resident concerns and providing excellent customer service
• Conducting move-in and move-out inspections
• Assisting with lease renewals and preparing lease agreements
• Marketing available properties and posting listings online
• Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
• Floating between office locations as needed
• Coordinating with maintenance and management to address property issues
• Maintaining accurate records and updating tenant files
• Performing other duties as assigned
