The position of Learning and Development Manager in our Sales Programs team is of utmost importance. Tasked with building and delivering training, onboarding, and strategic content to support sales initiatives, you will report to the Senior Sales Programs Manager. Close collaboration with Sales leadership and cross-functional partners is key to ensuring a smooth program rollout and adoption.

  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable training and content.
  • Build and maintain playbooks, onboarding guides, and training materials.
  • Deliver live and virtual sessions for new processes, tools, and initiatives.

  • Comfort with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
