About The Position

Travefy is the industry leader in travel advisor technology and we’re just getting started. We serve tens of thousands of Travel Advisors and Agencies globally with powerful product-market fit, a brand advisors trust, and a growing market. We’re investing in the revenue engine to match our ambition and we’re looking for a Sales Leader who will drive it. This is not a role for someone who manages the status quo. This is a role for someone who raises it. You’ll lead Sales across two distinct but interconnected motions: Agency Sales: leading a team that helps entire agencies adopt Travefy organization-wide, driving real operational transformation and measurable growth. Advisor Sales (Self-Service + Assisted): optimizing a primarily self-service funnel while strategically deploying sales-assisted engagement to accelerate conversion at scale. Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • 2+ years leading SaaS sales teams
  • Proven success in both inbound and outbound motions
  • Experienced selling multi-seat or team-based SaaS solutions
  • Deep familiarity with HubSpot
  • Comfort operating in a metrics-driven, high-accountability environment
  • You raise the bar.

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue targets, forecasting, and accountability
  • Drive pipeline velocity, win rates, and deal size
  • Build a culture where ownership and urgency are the norm
  • Lead inbound and outbound motions targeting Travel Agencies
  • Shorten sales cycles with sharp, ROI-driven messaging
  • Personally engage in key and strategic deals
  • Identify where sales involvement lifts conversion and act on it
  • Coach the team across both all sales motions
  • Tighten alignment between product experience and sales engagement
  • Own Sales execution in HubSpot; keep it clean and actionable
  • Drive forecasting accuracy and pipeline hygiene
  • Use data to make decisions and move fast
  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of CX professionals
  • Establish clear goals, career paths, and performance metrics
  • Foster a culture rooted in empathy, ownership, and continuous improvement
