About The Position

The Sherwin-Williams 2026 Sales Leadership Development Program ("LDP") is an eight (8) week program designed for motivated individuals interested in sales, customer service, and leading a successful team. It offers hands-on experience working in an Automotive Branch, providing a comprehensive learning experience through practical application. Participants will be placed in a training position within an Automotive Branch in the South Region. During the program, participants will gain essential insight into sales, customer service, finance, and strategic business planning to support operations. They will also have access to professional networking opportunities to build cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Operations, and Research & Development. The training provides skills necessary for a successful career in management and professional sales. Upon successful completion of the 8-week program, participants will progress into an available Assistant Branch Manager position. Relocation may be required for both the training period and subsequent placement as an Assistant Branch Manager. If placement does not occur immediately after 8 weeks, training may continue at other branches within the region based on business needs. The program is scheduled to begin in 2026.

Requirements

  • Willingness to relocate to any one of these locations for the training program: Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia
