The Sales Leadership Development Program (SLDP) is a rotational program with the goal of creating future leaders amongst our sales team. It provides recent college graduates the opportunity to work in several roles throughout the sales function acquiring experience, owning key tasks, advancing leadership skills, and gaining exposure to the top levels of leadership in the organization. The SLDP Non-Technical Track will consist of four 6-month rotations over two years covering different sales disciplines, including Inside Sales, Sales Operations, Field Sales, and more.
