About The Position
Lane Bryant is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Leader to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. As a keyholder, you will play a vital role in creating an inclusive and empowering shopping experience for our customers. Our founder, Lena Bryant, revolutionized fashion for plus-size women, and we continue to champion the acceptance of all sizes and shapes. In this part-time position, you will be responsible for motivating and communicating with store teams to achieve optimal business results while delivering a fashion-focused Lane Bryant experience. You will assist in driving store goals and support the leadership team in executing merchandise and marketing promotions. Your role will also involve maintaining brand standards and ensuring operational tasks are completed efficiently. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service and coach associates to create an enjoyable shopping experience for all clients.
