The Sales Leader is responsible for enterprise-wide sales execution, revenue performance, pricing strategy, KPI governance, and sales organization leadership across Custom Control Sensors’ Aerospace, Defense, and Industrial divisions. This role provides centralized commercial leadership to ensure consistent execution, disciplined pricing, accurate forecasting, regulatory compliance, and effective management of global distribution and sales teams. They partner closely with senior Sales leadership, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Quality, Export Compliance, and Marketing to translate commercial strategy into measurable results while supporting scalable growth and customer satisfaction across all served markets. Level Flexibility While this role is scoped at the Director level, candidates without prior Director-level experience may be considered at the Senior Manager level if they possess strong leadership, strategic capability, and the potential to evolve into the full governance of the role over time.
