Requirements
- Proven experience 8 years in sales leadership, preferably within the restoration, construction, or related industries
- Strong coaching and team-building skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute effectively
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of insurance claims processes and restoration industry standards is a plus
