In this job you are primarily responsible for: Driving Territory Results: Using in-depth market knowledge and effective sales strategies to meet customer needs and deliver exceptional experiences Business Coaching: Coaching agents on aspects of business management to evolve with customer demands and meet their business objectives Agent Placement and Development: Overseeing the process of strategically placing and developing agents to maximize market opportunities Location: New York White Plains Sales Territory White Plains, New York is a city located in Westchester County, just north of New York City. It serves as a commercial and cultural hub for the region, with a vibrant downtown area featuring office buildings, shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment venues. White Plains is known for its strong economy, with a mix of corporate headquarters, professional services, and retail businesses. The city offers a variety of parks, recreational facilities, and cultural institutions, including theaters and museums. Well-connected by transportation, White Plains has a major train station on the Metro-North Railroad, providing convenient commuter access to Manhattan. Its combination of urban amenities and suburban appeal makes it an important city in the greater New York metropolitan area. White Plains recently underwent a territory realignment and consists of 50 agents; some of whom were already in this territory and some who were realigned from neighboring territories. White Plains is overall a high performing Sales Leader Territory.
