Requirements

  • Proven experience leading a sales team, preferably within life insurance or financial services
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and adjust strategy
  • Self-motivated and comfortable managing a fully remote team

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Growth Recruit, train, and develop a team of remote sales agents
  • Provide hands-on coaching and performance support
  • Foster a motivated, accountable, and results-oriented team culture
  • Sales Strategy & Execution Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and consistency
  • Monitor individual and team performance metrics and provide actionable feedback
  • Lead by example through direct sales activity when appropriate
  • Client Relationship Management Ensure a high standard of professionalism and client satisfaction
  • Support team members in navigating complex sales conversations
  • Strengthen long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals
  • Training & Continuous Development Conduct regular training sessions to enhance skills and effectiveness
  • Communicate industry updates, regulatory requirements, and best practices
  • Identify skill gaps and implement targeted coaching plans
