As our Sales Leader on the Private Client Services National team, you will drive your own new business production and COI development while overseeing the new client acquisition process including risk consulting, discovery, Personal Risk Management review development, delivery and implementation, plus successful transition to the Client Advisory team. You will manage and update the new business funnel and forecast regularly and oversee client entry into our CRM to ensure compliance and accuracy with the processes. As our Sales Leader, we will count on you to be a key contact and relationship manager with top Centers of Influence (COI) partners in the territory. You will also lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Development Executives with their new business development, new COIs and their existing COIs as well as helping them with their book of business management while ensuring performance standards are met. You will monitor and ensure that goals are met or exceeded, and you will coach the sales team on any improvements needed. Lastly, you will collaborate and work closely with the Zone leaders and National Sales leader to develop and implement sales strategies and develop and maintain local carrier relationships.
