In this job you are primarily responsible for: Driving Territory Results: Using in-depth market knowledge and effective sales strategies to meet customer needs and deliver exceptional experiences Business Coaching: Coaching agents on aspects of business management to evolve with customer demands and meet their business objectives Agent Placement and Development: Overseeing the process of strategically placing and developing agents to maximize market opportunities Location: Las Vegas Metro North Sales Territory The Las Vegas Metro North territory is based in southern Nevada and spans portions of the Las Vegas metropolitan area, Henderson, and the surrounding communities of Mesquite and Ely in eastern Nevada. The territory is currently served by 60 State Farm agents representing a mix of tenures and performance levels. This high-growth, dynamic, and complex market is anchored by tourism and conventions but is increasingly diversified into construction, logistics, healthcare, and professional services. Serving a metro population of more than 2 million, the region includes suburban master-planned communities, family neighborhoods, retirement communities, and rural towns. While the market offers significant growth potential, it remains highly competitive and regulation-sensitive. The clear priority is balanced growth: sustain P&C momentum while sharply increasing Financial Services to convert single-line customers into multi-line households. Sales Leaders will coach agents on needs-based selling, consistent cross-sell workflows, targeted local and digital marketing, technology adoption, and retention practices to deepen relationships, grow multi-line households, and support new agent appointees.
