About The Position
In this role, you will focus on enhancing the in-store customer experience, connecting with both kids and parents, and sharing your enthusiasm for kids' athletic sneakers and apparel. You will adapt to various customer needs and resolve issues with a positive attitude. As a leader, you will drive sales to maximize profits while adhering to division standards. Your performance will be evaluated based on your ability to meet personal and productivity goals, and you will take on leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
