About The Position

The Sales Lead at Kids Foot Locker is responsible for enhancing the in-store customer experience by connecting with both kids and parents. This role involves leading a team to drive sales, maximize profits, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales Lead will also take on managerial responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, focusing on achieving personal and productivity goals while fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Motivated to achieve great results through enthusiasm from customer interactions and athletic products.
• Ability to initiate tasks or activities without supervision.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate the team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products and collaborating with co-workers.
• Deliver on sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations.
• Maintain personal and productivity goals.
• Uphold the quality and productivity of every aspect of the store.
• Act as a liaison between customers, sales associates, Assistant Manager, and Store Manager.
• Learn and share expertise on products and trends to meet customer needs.
• Maintain awareness of all product knowledge and current or upcoming trends.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
